How can I track the status of my order?

Once the order is confirmed on HomeShop18, an AWB number is generated and updated along with the courier service’s name on the site under My Account > Order History section.

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click on Order History and click on the Order Number for which you’d like to get the status update
  3. Scroll down to the Suborder – 1 section and click on the AWB Number

You will be able to view the real-time status of your order.
