  • Eligibility: A valid entry for the lucky draw, for this contest, is subject to fulfillment of the following conditions:
    1. Realization of payment for full order payable value by TV18 Home Shopping Network Ltd.
    2. Product as per the order having been received by the customer
    3. Product is purchased in the contest period – 21st-27th Nov
  • Lucky customer will receive a prize announced during the promotion by HS18 within 45 working days of announcement of lucky winners.
  • This promotion is valid only on the products running on HomeShop18 TV channel.
  • Customers can select the domestic holiday package from Goa, Shimla & Udaipur.
  • No request for exchange/money in lieu of prize will be entertained.    
  • Any cancellation of an order for any reason whatsoever, will render the order number in-eligible for delivery of prize to the customer under this contest/promotion.
  • Every product purchased will be treated as a unique entry for lucky draw in the contest.

  • Force Majeure: If at any time during the continuance of this promotion the performance in whole or in part is prevented or delayed by reasons of a Force Majeure event, then from the date of occurrence of such event, there shall not be any claim against HomeShop18 for damages, or any liability against it, in respect of such non-performance or delayed performance. For the purposes of this promotion, Force Majeure means and includes any event due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of HomeShop18 including war, hostility, fires, floods, explosives, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, lock outs, compliance with orders or instructions of any court, statutory or governmental interventions or any other acts of State or God


General T&Cs for holiday packages-

  • Once the winners will be announced, customer will be provided with the TDS amount as applicable for the gift, once the customer has paid the TDS amount he/she will have to provide three optional check-in dates as per preference. Based on the inputs HomeShop18 will provide the confirmation of the package to the customer.
  • The 3 days / 2 nights booking claim/request form entitle the holder to complimentary accommodation (stay only) for a couple, at the hotels or resorts listed herein. 3 Days/ 2 Nights stay means “two night stay at anyone of the hotel/ resort with standard check-in & check-out timings” e.g. if you check in on 1st Dec., your check out date will be 3rd Dec. Generally, check-in & check-out timings are 12:00 noon but it can be + 2/3 hours as per the hotel’s/resort’s rules & policy.
  • Once the letter of confirmation has been issued against a particular destination request, no changes thereafter will be entertained.
  • The hotel has a right to charge for additional facilities like food, extra bed, telephone calls, heaters, laundry and other leisure facilities.
  • Last date to submit your request for the Holiday Gift Voucher entitlement is 15th Dec 2011 and the preferred dates of check-in must be before 28th Feb 2012.
  • We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
  • We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
  • We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
