Door-to-Door Pickup & Drop Warranty Service on Strontium Products

Strontium now offers 2 ways to avail warranty on its products.

Type 1: Customer/Dealer/Retailer living in the below cities can directly visit the respective regional offices and avail the warranty.

Type 2: To avail warranty from other cities apart from the ones mentioned above, customers can also avail free door-to-door warranty service offered in association with Blue Dart, India’s leading courier company. For that, the below mentioned steps need to be followed:

  • Make a call to a dedicated number +91 -11-40538675 or visit the Strontium website - and file a service request.
  • A Blue Dart representative will collect the product from the customer’s residence within 48 hours and take it to the nearest service station.
  • Once the service is done or a replacement is confirmed, Blue Dart delivers it back to the customers’ door.

Note: Type 2 option can also be availed by customers residing in New Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai & Kolkata
