I bought a product on the site but did not receive the order confirmation email or SMS. What to do?

There could be multiple reasons for this. Your mailbox could be full or if your mail server does not recognize our email id, it could have pushed the email to the spam folder. Please clear your inbox and check other folders. If you are registered with Do Not Disturb registry, you may not receive the SMS.

Alternatively, you can log on to your account on www.homeshop18.com and click on Order History. If the status is Payment Under Process, then it means that we have not received your payment. In such a case, your order is considered null and you will have to order the product again.
