How can I track the status of my order?

The order tracking facility is only available for orders shipped via select courier services. For real-time update of your order, click here.

You can also get a general update on your order from My Order History.

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click on My Order History and click on the Order Number for which you’d like to get the status update
  3. In case of more than one sub-orders within an order click on View Order Details
